Why Telegram deserves its own workflow

Telegram can be sensitive to number quality, region and past usage. That is why public numbers from different countries behave very differently.

US, UK and Hong Kong are often a reasonable starting point because public numbers there tend to update more often and are easier to compare quickly.

  • Check whether the inbox has recent message activity.
  • Switch numbers quickly if one inbox is quiet.
  • Move to another country after repeated failures.

Refresh once, then switch quickly if the message still does not show. Fast iteration is usually better than waiting too long on one number.
